Exhibitors will be receiving free arena and candid web images from the show as well as have access to booking portrait sessions during the show! I am so excited for exhibitors to experience this and I can't wait to be apart of the stacked team of photographers providing the images for The Premier.

What's required to book a session?
To have your session fully booked I will need to have you sign a contract and pay a non-refundable retainer. The retainer will be applied to the total cost of the session. The total cost is du prior to your session.
How far in advance should I book my session?
I recommend booking your session as soon as possible! I have limited availably for sessions during The Premier and all sessions will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. You're welcome to talk to me at the show but I do not recommend waiting because I may be booked full by then.
When will we do the session?
I'm excited to be apart of a stacked team of photographers for The Premier. Our priority is photographing classes and events throughout the day so I can only book sessions prior to classes starting for the day or at the end of the day when classes have wrapped up.
When will I get my images?
You will receive your images in an online gallery in 3-5 weeks after your session. Inquire about an expedited turnaround.
Can I use my photos in ads?
Absolutely! ALL images from sessions are full release images that are high resolution for you to use in ads and print.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Each session receives the high resolution images on a USB with a Print Release. I do offer a wide variety of prints and products for an additional cost. Products include sheet prints, canvases, metal prints, and albums. If you're looking for something a little more specific, feel free to contact me.
